⚠️ Pet approval required prior to booking. A maximum of two small dogs approved at host's discretion, subject to breed restrictions, weight, and guest agreeing to house rules including sending a photograph of the dog immediately after booking. No other animals will be considered. - Pet fee is $100 per pet, non-refundable. - Potty pads are prohibited. - Crating is required, pets cannot be left to roam when unsupervised. - Pet must not be out of control, excessive barking, aggressive or damaging behavior or lack of sanitation. - Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive pet hair, accidents, stains, or unusual messes. ⚠️ All Wheel Drive (AWD / 4x4) could be required to reach the cabin in snow/ice and will be required to use the driveway in snow/ice (possible in Oct-May). ▻ The driveway is paved, has a steep slope up to the cabin, and can accommodate 2 vehicles. ▻ If you cannot manage the driveway in snow or ice there is space to park on the street but please be mindful of the slippery walk up. ▻ Roads in the HOA are well-maintained and easy to navigate. Directions are provided after booking. 🌟 Turn on Ash Road (just before Rhododendron Lane) to avoid a sharp turn into the driveway. Directions are provided after booking. ★ The 2nd bedroom is an open-air loft and is not private or enclosed. There are 28 steps (3 flights of stairs) to the entrance. Please consider your mobility, comfort, and privacy needs to ensure the cabin meets your expectations. ★ The outdoor soaking tub will not be available if freezing temperatures are forecasted due to the potential of burst pipes. 🌟 Provided: starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, hand/dish soap, detergents, and garbage bags provided. 🌟 Guest To Bring: shampoo/conditioner, body wash, charcoal, firewood, zip locks, foil, coffee/filters, sweetener, cream, tea, etc., or purchase locally. ★ The outdoor soaking tub will not be available if freezing temperatures are forecasted due to the potential of burst pipes. ⚠️ Propane is filled regularly for the gas fire-table but is not guaranteed to be full, tanks can be filled in town. Do not burn anything in the fire-table to include wood, paper, or kindling. ▻ The local shooting club can be heard occasionally, the area is perfectly safe. ▻ There are Bugs 🐛 in the mountains and you might find some unwelcome guests. ▻ We have regular pest control so it makes sense you might find critters that didn’t make it. ▻ The cabin is on a mountain well and the well pump requires power, if an outage occurs, water will stop flowing after the tank runs out, this happens rarely but is important to note. ▻ The cabin is on a septic system, only toilet paper can be flushed. ★ Cell service in the cabin, mountains, and local area can be spotty/weak. ★ Download the local maps before arriving so that you do not get lost. It bears repeating, that you will lose cell service! Turn on wifi calling in your mobile phone’s settings to mitigate this. ★ We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your investment in the event of weather that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD.
