🏡 What’s Provided: – Starter Kit: Toilet paper, paper towels, dish/hand/laundry soap, garbage bags, detergent pods. – Not Provided, please bring: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, charcoal, ziplocks, foil, coffee, filters, sweetener, etc. – We have a Duo coffee maker that takes regular filters or K-Cups. People usually leave them behind, so you might not need them! 🌟 Instacart delivers! 🔒 Booking Requirements: ★ Rental agreement must be signed digitally within one hour of booking and is required for cabin access. The rental agreement is standard and may be sent for review before booking. - All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a guardian. ⚠️ Review the cancellation policy, pet policy, and house rules sections of the listing; consider travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. 🛏 Cabin Layout: - 2 enclosed bedrooms, open loft (not an enclosed bedroom), living room sofa bed, 2 full baths. - Assess privacy needs before booking. 🐾 Pets (Pre-Approval Required): - Max 2 small dogs, subject to breed/size approval. No other animals will be considered. Potty pads are prohibited. 👙 Hot Tub: - The hot tub is cleaned between each guest. - Guests may request a mid-stay hot tub cleaning for $65. 🔥 Fire Pit & Outdoor Amenities: - Do not use the fire pit during a burn ban (misdemeanor/$2500 fine). ★ The outdoor shower is not available in the winter due to the possibility of frozen pipes. 🐻 Mountain Living: – Bears are knotty and smart; they know how to open unlocked car doors. - Keep the shower curtain inside the tub to prevent costly ceiling/floor damage. – Critters may find their way in; we have regular pest control. – In extreme weather, HVAC may maintain mid-60s (winter) and mid-70s (summer). Rest assured, we will address any issues promptly during your stay. - Power/Internet outages may occur in extreme weather. The well requires power – if there’s an outage, water will stop once the tank runs dry. 📱 Cell service may be limited in some areas. Please download maps offline and enable Wi-Fi calling to avoid connectivity issues. 🚗 Mountain Driving: ⚠️ Upon booking guest is required to acknowledge that All Wheel Drive (AWD / 4x4) will be required to reach the cabin in snow/ice (Oct-May). ▻ We strongly suggest winter tires or chains if snow or ice is forecasted, as they can significantly enhance traction and control and could be necessary on steep mountain roads. ▻ The cabin driveway is paved, flat, and can accommodate 6 vehicles (double parked). ▻ Roads are well-maintained and easy to navigate. ★ Purchase Travel Insurance to protect you in the event of weather that would make roads impassable to vehicles with AWD.
