š” Whatās Provided: ā Starter Kit: Toilet paper, paper towels, dish/hand/laundry soap, garbage bags, detergent pods. ā Not Provided, please bring: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, charcoal, ziplocks, foil, coffee, filters, sweetener, etc. - We have a Ninja coffee maker that takes the cone-type filters. People usually leave them behind, though, so you might not need them! We do not have a Keurig. š Instacart delivers! š Booking Requirements: ā Rental agreement must be signed digitally within one hour of booking and is required for cabin access. The rental agreement is standard and may be sent for review before booking. - All guests must be 25+ unless accompanied by a guardian. ā ļø Review the cancellation policy, pet policy, and house rules sections of the listing; consider travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances. š Cabin Layout & Accessibility: - 2 ensuite full bathrooms / 1 half bathroom. - Assess comfort/privacy needs before booking. š¾ Pets (Pre-Approval Required): - Max 2 small dogs, subject to breed/size approval. No other animals will be considered. Potty pads are prohibited. š Hot Tub: - The hot tub is cleaned between each guest. - Guests may request a mid-stay hot tub cleaning for $65. š„ Fireplaces: - The fireplace pilot lights blow out occasionally. We will provide a detailed video on re-lighting. If you're not comfortable or are unable to relight it, a $75 site visit fee will be charged by our handyman ($125 if an after-hours visit is required). - There is no chimney; do not burn anything in the fireplaces, including wood, paper, or kindling. š» Mountain Living: ā Bears are knotty and smart; they know how to open unlocked car doors. - Keep the shower curtain inside the tub to prevent costly ceiling/floor damage. ā Critters may find their way in; we have regular pest control. ā In extreme weather, HVAC may maintain mid-60s (winter) and mid-70s (summer). Rest assured, we will address any issues promptly during your stay. - Power/Internet outages may occur in extreme weather. The well requires power ā if thereās an outage, water will stop once the tank runs dry. š± Cell service may be limited in some areas. Please download maps offline and enable Wi-Fi calling to avoid connectivity issues. š Mountain Driving: ā ļø Upon booking guest is required to acknowledge that All Wheel Drive (AWD / 4x4) will be required to reach the cabin in snow/ice (Oct-May). ā»We strongly suggest winter tires or chains if snow or ice is forecast, as they can significantly enhance traction and control and could be necessary on steep mountain roads. ā»The driveway is paved, has a steep slope down toward the cabin, and can accommodate 6 vehicles when double-parked. ā»If you cannot manage the driveway in snow or ice, there is space to park on the street, but please be mindful of the slippery walk up and down. ā Purchase Travel Insurance to protect you in the event of weather that would make roads impassable to vehicles with AWD.
