We had such a great time at Knotty Retreat. Everything was exactly as described. Our kids loved the loft area and bunk beds. My 6 year old constantly went down the slide. We used every amenity with ease. The hot tub and sauna were so relaxing. Surprisingly the kitchen had a stock of cooking supplies that was useful compared to other places we have stayed. We like to cook our own meals and there was a sufficient amount of dishes and pots/pans! The cabin is in a good location if your looking to go to the park and visit Pidgeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The longest part of the drive is getting out of the area where the cabin is in the mountains, but that is to be expected. As the host advised, it is steep to get to the place but what we were anticipating with staying in the mountains! Overall, a great place to stay and we made some great memories!

Wow! This home is amazing from A to Z! The hosts have thoughtfully curated a beautiful experience here and we enjoyed it thoroughly. It’s pristine, playful, relaxing, healing, peaceful and very comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor amenities and video game lol which we spent at least an hour or two playing. We will most definitely be back…this is a 5 star home!

We loved our stay here! The cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed and more! Everything was clean and well taken care of. The bed was super comfy, and omg I could stay in that shower for hours! We spent a lot of time out on the deck relaxing! The views are beautiful! 1,000% would recommend staying here! 🥰

Absolutely beautiful property, loved all the amenities and the privacy the incredible view from the firepit didn't hurt either. Spent more time than I want to admit playing the Hunter Arcade game with our friends. It was a hit!
Pretty sure we manifested the amazing HUGE black bear that came to visit us, we had our fingers crossed we'd see one. It was both exhilarating and awe inspiring. He was a beauty and we were fortunate to see him strolling by one evening. All together it was an unforgettable stay and we are looking forward to trying other Knotty Retreat properties.

The cabin was amazing - exactly what we were looking for in a Smoky Mountains vacation! It was private and peaceful, yet only a short drive from Pigeon Forge. The cabin, outdoor space, fire pit, and slide were perfect for our family. Our kids wanted to spend the entire vacation at the cabin and cried when it was time to go home! The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and went above and beyond to provide everything we needed. A five star experience for sure!

Wow! What a beautiful place this is! Everything is bright , shiny and new. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary and also still in the grieving process of the loss of our adult son. We needed time to get away and celebrate us and at the same time have both the freedom to just break down and cry and also the freedom to laugh, reminisce about our last 25 years and remember our son. Pigeon Forge was his absolute favorite place on Earth so what better place right. We had an awesome treat as each day there was at least one bear that made an appearance, each coming up to within 25ish feet of the cabin. The next to last night we had an extremely large bear come while we were getting out of the car. He didn't care a bit that we were watching him eat, so we safely took an amazing video. Great, great memories made! You guys are awesome ! Thanks for the great communication! Keep AIMING HIGH! You are gonna do great things! Brian and Lori

This was a beautiful home with an amazing host! They were so helpful and always there when I had questions. The house was very warm and comfortable. The views are fantastic! I would definitely come back!

Nice place. I bet fall is the best there. Wild drive up the mountain getting there. We had a bear friend stop by one evening. Lock your truck doors, they can smell that Buc-ees jerky right through the sheet metal.

Everything was perfect, exactly as advertised. The furniture was actually comfortable, which with Airbnb properties it can be hit or miss! We loved the basket of throw blankets and that there were tons of seasonings and things in the cabinet.
